SUPERDRUG TEA TREE FOAMING FACIAL WASH
If you live in the UK you can get your hands on this at Superdrug (obviously) and it costs £3.29 which is very reasonable and its supposed to be an anti-blemish treatment. I usually like to use a face wash in the morning while I am in the shower, I do this after I have used my regular cleanser, this my double cleansing method. The face wash comes in a nice cleaner bottle that has a pump so dispensing the face wash is not an issue. Once you start pumping the face wash starts foaming so when you apply it on your face its a foamy face wash not a gel like its in the bottle.
The first thing that is noticeable is that its has quite a strong fragrance, its obviously tea tree and can be quite overwhelming. I didn't quite like that because it was a bit too much for me and in morning that is not what I want to sniffing while in the shower. Like the fragrance the face wash is very strong and it did sting my eyes which was not a good feeling. Its bearable but its not something you can tolerate every morning on a regular basis.
However with all these issues, did notice that my face felt fresh and it did give a little boost to wake me up further more. Other than feeling refreshed I really didn't feel that it did anything for my skin and neither did it work as an anti-blemish treatment as I couldn't continue to use it since it was hurting my eyes and was a bit too string for my liking. My skin didn't feel tight or too over dried whenever I used the face was which in my opinion is a plus since this was not going the way I thought will.
This would have been an awesome face wash if not for it being too strong but if that is something you like then go ahead and give it a try. If your like me and like everything a bit more gentle and softer on your skin then I think you should stay way from this. I have had luck in a few of their other products in this range like the Cleansing Pads and the Exfoliating Scrub that you can have a quick if tea tree is something you want to try out.
