SUPERDRUG TEA TREE EXFOLIATING SCRUB

I love face scrubs, it really helps me get rid of all the dead skin and unwanted blemishes and with my oily skin I have come to understand that having scrub can really help you be blemish free. I have tried so many different types of face scrubs so this one is a new one for me, I have never tried any tea tree face scrubs before and when I saw the Superdrug Tea Tree Exfoliating Scrub I just had to get my hands. I was pretty excited because my local supermarket stocks Superdrug skincare and I happen to be browsing the aisles when I came across it in the supermarket.

The scrub for a change is a light mint green colour and looks really pretty and the granules are a bit larger than the usual ones I have across but luckily they don't hurt and neither are they rough on the skin. There is a strong smell of peppermint the minute you open the tube and once you start scrubbing your face with this you get the tea tree smell.

The face scrub is gentle and feels very soft and smooth while I was applying it, it actually felt really nice on my face and quite refreshing while I was using it. I hadn't noticed a big difference once I started using it but I did notice that my skin felt softer and smoother and felt really refreshed once I had  used it. Other than that it felt like a regular face scrub, but once I started using it when ever I had a break out I felt that it kind of slowed the process of my spots getting bigger and it pained less. I felt that my face kind of became blemish free much faster. So overall I would say that my blemish prone skin did benefit from this face scrub and kept it feeling fresher and definitely worth checking out if like me you have oily or blemish prone skin.

Have you tried the Superdrug tea tree face scrub? What did you think of it? Let me know in the comment box below.
