BATH & BODY WORKS LAVENDER VANILLA CANDLE

As the weather is getting colder and gloomier, the need to light candles have become a necessity for me. They give a warm and cosy feeling that makes me feel so comfortable and relaxed when its feeling and cold and there is nothing else to do but wrap yourself in a warm blanket and sip on warm cup of tea. These day I am loving two candles from Bath & Body Works, I shared one last week called Mahogany Teakwood which is lovely too but this week I have been loving the Lavender Vanilla candle, its such lovely.

This candle is a 3 wick candle and comes in such a lovely little jar that I cant wait to finish it up to start using to store little things that actually don't need to be stored in jar. The candle just smells divine that you don't even need to light it up for the lavender and vanilla fragrance to be noticeable. All you need to do is light the candle for about half an hour and the whole house or in my case apartment smells like vanilla with a hint of lavender in the mix.  The vanilla fragrance isn't too over powering but I think just the right amount. I hate it when candles smell too strong it kind of makes me feel a bit sickly. Once you light the candle between 30-60 minutes the fragrance lasts for about 2-3 hours which is more than enough. Lighting candles in the winter makes me feel cozy and all fuzzy and I love that feeling. I love this candle and vanilla fragrance, its subtle and sweet and perfect for my cold winter evenings and you should definitely try one of these candles.

I try to light a candle for about an hour every day unless I am out at work and I have been enjoying my Bath & Body Works candles quite a lot that I think I need to stock up on a few more, its supposed to be getting colder in the coming weeks here in Hong Kong.

Have you ever tried one of the Bath & Body Works candles? Which one is your favourite? Let me know what you think in the comment box below.

  9. Mhmmmm I feel like I can smell it already. I normally only go to B&BW for soaps and sanitizers but I may have to try this.
