Last month when my July favourites went up I was getting ready for my holiday in Japan, now its September and my holiday is finished. Time goes by so fast and before we know it it will be a new year. For this months favourites its all the makeup I took on holiday, they did help me stay pretty throughout my holiday.

MAC Pro Longwear Waterproof Brow Set - This was in my last months monthly favourites as well and I have to say it is the best. I have the shade brown ebony I must say they kept my brows in place all day while I was in holiday. it was pretty humid in Japan but my brows stayed put till I got back to the hotel all thanks to this amazing brow gel. Definitely worth an investment.

VDL Brow Pencil - I have the shade dark brown and its a perfect shade for my black brows. The pencil at the top is angled and the formula is soft but not so soft that it vanishes within a few hours. Since its angled its very easy to outline the brows and fill them in. The shape lasts all day and the colour doesn't vanish. It lasted all day with the help of the MAC brow gel the colour didn't fade till the end of the day. I have been using it quite a lot this month because it lasts all day specially in hot and humid weather.

NYX HD Photogenic Concealer - I have the darkest that is available here in Hong Kong, which is nutmeg. The formula is lovely, very creamy and easy to blend and provides a good coverage. Once you have set it with a powder it lasts all day without any creasing. My go to concealer and since its a photogenic concealer when photographed your dark circles aren't visible. So when on holiday and taking pictures, you will look good. Worth taking on holidays with you so you look good.

Kryolan Translucent Powder - I have the shade TL5 which is brown translucent powder. I use this to set my concealer as it keeps it in place all day and helps to prolong the concealers wear time. This comes in handy when your on holiday as your always on the move.

MAC Studio Careblend Pressed Powder - I have the shade Deep Dark and I love it. My skin oily and with humidity it always tends to get sweaty. A pressed powder works the best for me in the summer as it lasts a bit longer and isn't that messy when it gets hot. A medium to light coverage and has a very light consistency so it doesn't feel heavy. A lovely base for a summer holiday in the hot and humid weather.

Jordana Powder Blush - I have the shade warm cider and its a lovely deep pink shade that I can easily wear in the day and night. perfect for my holiday. Its easy to blend and very pigmented so a little touch is more than enough. It does have glitter but its not so prominent when worn in the day if you use a light hand.

Eco-Tools Retractable Kabuki Brush - A small and compact brush that's perfect for travel. As it has a lit it wont get your makeup all over your makeup pouch. Its easy to blend the powders and even blush. Gives an even and smooth coverage and doesn't streak.

There goes another one of my monthly favourites and each product I love. I have repurchased a few of them a several times and everyone product is recommended by me so go ahead and give them a try. What have you been loving this month? Let me know what you think in the comment box below.
