REVIEW | REVLON NEARLY NAKED FOUNDATION

It is absolutely difficult to find a foundation that matches my skin tone in Hong Kong, so when ever someone travels to London I always get them to buy me a few different shades from a few brands. Specially the high-street brands I can never find my shade. Today I have the Revlon Nearly Naked Foundation in the shade Caramel.

I bought it from Superdrug and it cost me £8.99 but unfortunately you can buy it here in Hong Kong and that is exactly why I got it from the UK.

The foundation is an ideal match to my skin tone and I love wearing it as I finally found a foundation that I am happy with. The foundation is a yellow tone foundation and as I have a warm undertone its ideal.

The foundation has a soft texture with a slight dewy finish to it. I don't mind the dewy finish as I always set the foundation with a matte powder. If I don't set my foundation within a few hours it will get really oily so setting it with a powder prolongs its wear time.

The foundation goes on smoothly over my moisturizer even if I have put the moisturizer awhile ago and I don't even need to wear a primer with this foundation because it lasts long even without it.

The foundation lasts about 4 to 5 hours before I can see a slight shine on my T-Zone, but at the end of the day the foundation hasn't really faded but since my skin gets oily it does fade with time. I love wearing this foundation for special occasions as my complexion looks really smooth and has a nice glow to it.

Overall since my complexion looks amazing and my skin looks glowing so I will be definitely repurchasing it and definitely recommend you give it a try.

So have you tried the Revlon Nearly Naked foundation? What did you think of it? Let me know in the comment box below.

  1. Thanks for reviewing this. I definitely want to try, I would probably need a shade darker than Caramel. Great Blog :)

  2. Hey, Is it matte? Coz right now I am relying on revlon photoready makeup nude 004. it is a nice pick for night looks but looking for more natural formula http://www.glamgirl.co.in/revlon-photoready-makeup-004-nude-review/
If it is matte I am definitely going to try it.
