I am a bit late on this skincare trend of using micellar water but I still thought I will share my thought because like me there might be late bloomers to get into the trend of trying out micellar  cleansing waters.Today I have with me the Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water with me, that I bought from Mannings for around HK$100-150 but you can also find it at Watsons and sasa as well.

This is a clear cleansing water that isn't oily and neither does sting your eyes while or after using it. I use a round a cotton pad and pour a little bit and use it all over my face. I mainly use it to remove my makeup and do pre cleanse before going in with my cleanser. This way all the makeup is already removed when I use my cleanser, so I can do a proper cleanse and massage my face without worrying about taking my makeup off.

It actually removes all the makeup and even hard remove waterproof mascara comes off with out an ease which some times you cant even find a makeup remover that does it well. I also sometimes use it if I have run out of my regular cleanser as a substitute. It really does help get rid of all traces of makeup, oil and dirt and you do feel fresh after using it. It is also very gentle on the skin and my skin didn't react at all which is awesome because the slightest change in my skincare routine can flare it up.

An easy to get and inexpensive cleanser to have with you but I wouldn't use it on a daily basis to cleanse but use it a makeup remover. It says 200 uses but I cant really say if that is true because I haven't kept count really. I would definitely recommend this as it is a good substitute for a makeup remover.

So have you used the Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water? If so let me know what you think in the comment box below.
