I have a skincare routine that I stick to and hardly budge from it or do any changes to it as my skin is a bit on the sensitive side as well as oily so when I find a routine that works and doesn't aggravate my skin, I stick with it.

1. Makeup Remover - At the moment I am using the Garnier Micellar Cleansing water to remove my makeup and do a bit of a pre cleanse before I go in with my cleanser. It helps to remove all the makeup and even tough to get off waterproof mascara. A review will be up soon for the Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water.

2. Cleanse - I use my Clarins Milk Cleanser for Combination/Oily skin. This always helps me calm my skin and clears my skin up instantly. No matter what cleanser I use I always go back to this. I will be doing a full review soon.

3. Exfoliating - I use a face scrub at least once a week and my go to is the St.Ives Apricot Scrub and I have a full review HERE. If I over exfoliate I start breaking out so I only do it once a week.

4. Face Mask - I use a face mask maybe once in 2 week and at the moment I have been enjoying the Borghese Fango Mud Mask. I did a review awhile back which you can find HERE. Whenever I use this I feel like my whole complexion from deep within has been cleansed and feels so much lighter. Specially during summer as my skin can get quite oily so this helps my skin have a deep cleanse.

5. Face Wash - I Like to use a wash while in the shower even if I have used a cleanser as I feel that it helps me to control my oiliness through out the day. At the moment I am using the Bioderma Purifying Cleansing Foaming Gel. I know over washing can produce more oil but I have been testing out a new routine recently and this works for my skin.

6. Toner - I always use a toner as I feel it prepares the skin better for all the products your going to be using. I am using the Clinique Clarifying Lotion.

7. Eye Cream - I started using eye creams maybe about 2 years ago and I must tell you I have seen such a difference since I started using it on a regular basis. My dark circles have reduced and the skin around the eye has got firmer and softer. At the moment I am using the Vichy Aqualia Thermal Roll On.

8. Serum - I use a serum as well and the moment I have a few marks that I want to lighten on complexion so I am using the L'oreal White Perfect Essence, and I must say I have begun to see a difference and the darkness of my spots have been reducing. I like using a serum as you can find one to suit your requirement and concern and seeing the results are amazing. I never skip this step as well.

9. Moisturizer - At the moment with the weather changes I am using my L'oreal Hydrafresh Icy Gel as my daily moisturizer. It helps to keep my skin matte for much longer which also means that my foundation lasts longer as well. It also helps to balance my skin and my skin feels so much smoother and less oily. I did a full review HERE

10. Face Oil - This is added during winter when my skin can get really dry. So I add it to my nightly routine and use it before I go to bed. When I do my skin is much less drier and I have also noticed that my skin is less oilier as well during the day. I am currently using the Superdrug Vitamin E Face Oil.

So there goes my skincare sequence and I hardly waver from it as I like to stick to a pattern because that is when you see the most results when you are trying different skincare products. You need to be consistent if not you will not achieve the results you want.

So what do you think of my skincare sequence? Do you have sequence that you stick to? Let me know in the comment box below.
