REVIEW | TOPSHOP SUNBEAM HIGHLIGHTER

I don't use any highlighters on me and to be honest I could never find the right colour that suited me or one that I liked. I had read so many raving reviews about the Topshop Sunbeam Highlighter that I needed to give it a try. I bought mine for HK$99 from Topshop and you do get quite a lot of product I must say.

The highlighter has an absolutely soft texture to it with a smooth and kind of satin finish to it. As you can see from the swatches it is very pigmented a little goes a long way. The packaging is very basic and is quite travel friendly. As I am a bit on the darker skin tone side I need to use it very sparingly if not it looks like I have yellow/gold stains on myself.

The highlighter has a very subtle glow to it and I think it looks wonderful on the more fairer skin tone, so I now use it on my clients when ever I have a job. On me does give a slight glow but nothing too much and I do wear it sometimes when I go out but it doesn't really last that long as I have to wear it with a very light hand if not it becomes over the top. Because of this I have not really enjoyed using it like every other person who has done a review about it.

Sadly I was not that impressed and not that I regret buying but I wish it worked out better for me. As of recently I heard that it has been discontinued and Topshop doesn't produce it any more. I wouldn't have repurchased it any way so it doesn't really bother me at all.

Have you used the Sunbeam Highlighter by Topshop? Did you like it or do you have second thoughts? Let me know what you think in the comment box below.
