REVIEW | MORINGA BODY BUTTER BY THE BODY SHOP

When it comes to body butters there is no place I will go except to The Body Shop. They have some divine body butters and some limited edition body butters that are just amazing. I have the Moringa Body Butter with me today and let me tell you that I have gone through so many of these tubs its quite ridiculous. I have tried a lot of different body butters but my all time favourite is the Moringa Body Butter.

MORINGA BODY BUTTER

The body butter is enriched with Shea Butter and has a White Floral scent to it. It costs HK$199 and is worth every bit you spend on it. It works wonders on dry skin and is recommended for dry skin.

Moringa Body Butter

Moringa is a plant that is enriched with Vitamin A, B, C and Minerals which is good for the skin and helps to restore the skins appearance and moisture. The body butter itself is a thick cream and you just need a small amount as it is very rich. Once applied the skin will feel really soft and moisturized throughout the day. I started using body butters from The Body Shop while I was living in the UK as my skin was very dry and nothing else seemed to help my dry skin. I started using this and immediately saw a big difference, my skin didn't feel tight and itchy and the best part it was moisturized and ever since then I always have a tub with me. It is my go to when my skin is feeling a bit dry or itchy.

There is a floral smell which is a bit strong so if you don't like strong fragrances then it might put you off as it doesn't go off very quickly as well. Even though the body butter is rich it doesn't leave an oily residue and does get absorbed quickly into the skin. I even use the Moringa Body Scrub as well because the small granules in the scrub aren't too harsh on the skin and it helps to get rid of all the dead skin and you only have to use it once a week.

I definitely recommend the Moringa Body Butter but I also recommend most of The Body Shop Body butters as they make the skin feel super soft and extremely moisturized.

Have you tried any of The Body Shop Body Butters yourself? Do you like them as much as I do or have I just gone a bit over board.
