With the Summer closing in it also means that wedding bells are close by, so I thought I will do a wedding makeup  you can try out for the next wedding you have to go for. Its a golden glamorous look.

I have done subtle look but incorporated gold as its quite a versatile look and can be worn even during the day as much as it is worn in the night. I purposely left the lips blank as I wanted to give you'll the option to choose a colour that us suitable depending on if it is a day wedding or a night wedding.

The look is a bit bold but not too out there. You can wear a nude lip and that would tone down the look if that is what you like or wear a bold lip like what I did because bold lips on me makes the look stand out.

As a base I used the Revlon Nearly Naked Foundation in the shade Caramel. It is an absolutely perfect match for my skin tone and gives a smooth look. I definitely need to use a concealer and for this look I used the NYX HD concealer wand in Nutmeg. To set the concealer I used the Kroylan translucent face powder in TL4. It is a yellow based powder and is perfect for  setting the concealer under the eye. As for the rest of the face I used the Ben Nye Neutral Set face powder. This keeps my T-Zone from getting oily and gives a matte effect which I like. As a highlighter I used the Collection Concealer in the shade Dark along my nose and it works well as the shade is a bit light for my skin tone.

I used the Makeup Revolution Focus & Fix Eye Primer Matte as a base before I applied my eye makeup. I then used the NYX Eye Shadow Palette in Parisian Chic. Perfect neutral and brown shades. I love the palette as it can be used during the day and night. I Used the Kate Tokyo Spider Line pen liner. I used the Maybelline Rocket Mascara. On the water line I used the Clio Gelpresso liner pencil.

For blusher I used the MAC Love Thing on my cheeks and on the lips I used the lip liner from NYX called Currant and the lipstick was also from NYX from the matte collection called Siren.

So this is a look a created for a function like a wedding. I'm sure we will be having loads of weddings down the line for all of us so this could help you out to maybe get an idea of what look to create. I hope this will help you guys at least a bit.

So this is my FOTD for the week and hope you enjoyed it. Did you like the look I created? Let me know what you think of it.
