Finding a good budget eye shadow is quite a task as most of them either don’t have good colour pay off or don’t blend well. It can be quite frustrating when you can't find what you want. We obviously know that the high-end eye shadows are the best but not everyone can afford them so I thought I will give a few options that I have been using lately that are budget friendly as well good quality. These I,COLOUR eye shadow quads are wonderful and you choose between 8 different quads. The quads are very colourful have a wide range of colours in each quad. The eye shadows are not named which is a bit annoying but since the colour pay-off is good that is not an issue at all.

Let's see what these eye shadows are all about. I bought 4 eye shadow quads, there aren't any names but the quads are numbered and what I got were #08, #05, #06, #07. They were not very budget friendly costing HK$88 per quad. You can buy them at any local Bonjour.

The packaging surprisingly very nice and neat looking. It comes in a sleep black packaging that is travel friendly and its small and compact. The texture of the eye shadows are extremely soft and smooth and have a satin finish. They have very good colour pay off as well being easy to blend. You do need to be careful though as there is quite a bit of fall off when applying the eye shadows. I have extremely oily eyelids so when it comes to wear time I was able to get about 2 hours before the eye shadow started creasing but when I wore an eyelid primer the eye shadows lasted about 5-6 hours before my it started creasing. If you don’t have oily eyelids then you will definitely be able to get a longer wear time out of these eye shadows.

Overall I would say that these eye shadow quads are a good budget friendly alternative if you don’t want to spend a lot of money on high-end products. I would definitely repurchase these eye shadow quads and I do have my eyes on the rest of the collection.

Let me know if you will be having a look at these or what your favourite budget friendly brand is for eye shadow.
